Patricia Sumrall is an artist, turned business-woman. With a Bachelor
of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi, a membership
in the Professional Picture Framers Association, as well as the Photo
Marketing Association, and years of framing and printing experience,
she has a knowledge and real passion for the arts. After attending
numerous art and framing markets, conventions, and trade shows, and
after years of making Giclee prints for artists from mainly the
southern states, it became evident that the South has some of the most
talented and creative artists in the world.
An artist’s passion is to produce art, but there is the need to market
it, and most artists are not equipped with the knowledge or training
needed to market their work. Being an artist first, and a
business-woman second, Patricia completely
understands the artist’s
frustration. It is this understanding and empathy for artists, that
led her to pull together some of these emerging artists, whose works
compliment each other, and introduce their art to a broader market.
Patricia is a perfectionist with a discerning eye for talent and an
appreciation of the collectors who will enjoy the work of terrific
artists. It is her passion for art, and a lot of encouragement, which
made the marketing company, “Art with Flair”, become a reality. It is
with great pleasure that “Art with Flair” introduces the art of some
of these most talented artists to you.
